At Rani every outfit is made to order with custom measurements, which is why we have a no-return and no-refund policy. We can accommodate small alterations to the chest and waist, but the length cannot be increased. To ensure the best fit, please refer to our size chart. In the rare case of receiving a defective or incorrect item, reach out to us within 2 days with supporting photos or documentation, and we will promptly resolve the issue, including a replacement if necessary.
